What is a Cloud

A cloud is a virtual environment (on our Cloud platform called an instance) that can host any type of service you need. Need a web, email, cloud or application server? The Cloud platform can be used for all of them.

Because the instance is virtual you don't need to worry about the hardware. We will take care of that, and if the hardware fails or needs maintenance your instance will be moved to another physical server. This means your services will keep running, or will be restored in no time.
